How does Essence work?
Essence offers a White T-Shirt and Black Socks subscription where every month or period of your choice, we deliver a top-quality White T-Shirt and / or pair of Black Socks straight to your mailbox.
How do I change my address details?
You can update your address details by logging into your account, selecting 'My Account,' then 'Address Details,' and finally, adding or editing your current address.
Can I give Essence as a gift?
Yes, you can create an account and give a subscription as a gift. Fill in the recipient's details, link your payment method, and we'll handle the rest.
Can I buy extra T-Shirts?
Essence can only offer 1 White T-Shirt per subscription but you can have multiple subscriptions in your account and also change the interval of delivery to weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. If you want another subcription simply buy the product again on the website!

What does an Essence subscription cost?
It depends on the product. A Men's White T-Shirt subscription costs $19.95 per month, excluding $8 shipping cost. A Black Socks subscription costs $7,95 for the Invisible Black Socks and $9,95 for the Business Socks, excluding $8 shipping cost.
Can I change the interval of delivery?
Yes, inside your account you can choose a different interval next to each product subscription. We have the option of weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly delivery.
Can I create an extra subscription?
Yes, you can add one or more extra subscriptions to your account by simply buying another product and choosing our subscription option.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription after registration for up to six months. This can be done directly through your account under 'Subscriptions'.
Do you have a notice period?
Yes, we enforce a notice period for cancellations after buying your first item. Payments are around the 23rd. If you cancel before the 19th, you'll be charged once more. Cancelling between the 19th and the last day of the month means you'll be charged for that month and the next.
How can I cancel?
To cancel after the 14-day trial period or during an active subscription, log into your account, select 'Subscriptions', choose the correct subscription, and follow the steps to cancel. We send a confirmation email upon cancellation.
How does pausing work?
You can easily pause your subscription through your account after signing up. This can be done in two ways: directly in your account under 'Subscriptions' or by logging in, selecting 'Subscriptions', choosing the correct subscription, changing the 'subscription status', and then entering a pause and restart date.
I want confirmation of my cancellation.
Check your account for confirmation. If all accounts are inactive, all subscriptions have been successfully stopped. If not, further action within the account may be needed.
Are there charges for cancelling?
No, there are no charges for pausing or cancelling. However, a notice period means you have a payment obligation before the membership ends. Cancelling through third parties may incur costs.
Payment
How do I change my payment details?
Changing your payment details is easy. Log into your account, navigate to 'My details' > 'Payment details', and add your new payment method. A $0.02 charge for this action will be refunded shortly after.
How do I stop a debit?
You can stop a debit by pausing or canceling your subscription. This can be done in your account under 'Subscriptions'.
I have an outstanding payment. What should I do?
You can easily and quickly make the outstanding payment through your account or via payment reminders. If you have issues, please let us know so we can assist.
When will the payment be debited?
The cost of your subscription(s) will be debited every 30 days or interval of your choice after the first payment. If we cannot debit due to circumstances, we will send payment reminders via email.
Why am I receiving payment reminders?
You probably receive payment reminders because you have an outstanding payment with us. Log into your account and check your subscriptions. If you have already paid an outstanding payment, we recommend waiting; processing the payment can take up to 2 days.
Shipping & Returns
I have paid but haven't received anything (yet).
You will receive your product within 7 business days. As soon as you complete your registration, your delivery will be sent immediately. The monthly products are always delivered within 7 business days after payment. If you feel like you missed a product, we recommend checking your address in your account.
Can I return my product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, you can submit a return request through your account if you haven't received your delivery, received a faulty delivery, or have issues within 14 days of delivery. The White T-Shirts and Black Socks don't have to be returned. We will refund the full amount of the first period when not satisfied. All other subscription payments are not eligible for a refund. A refund is processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item and inspection. All returned products must have no signs of use and must be returned in their original box. Return labels must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
I received the wrong size. What can I do?
If you received the wrong size, we will replace the item for free. If you have recently changed your subscription and still received the wrong item, we recommend contacting customer support.
