Subscription
1.1. Continuation and Cancellation
Your Essence subscription will continue until terminated. To cancel, go to your account created at sign-up. Upon registration, you also provide a payment method. "Payment method" refers to a current, valid, accepted, and country-specific payment method mentioned on the registration page, which may be updated from time to time.
Free Trial Period
2.1. Free Trial Period
Your Essence subscription has a 14 day trial period. You can cancel at any time within 14 days after purchase and get a full refund.
2.2. Additional Subscriptions
A user can create an unlimited amount of subscriptions.
2.3. Registration
Your free trial period starts the moment you successfully buy a product. Within the trial period, you can immediately cancel your subscription and you will not be charged for the next month. After the trial period, you can cancel at any time inside your account.
2.4. Offer
Essence, at its discretion, determines eligibility for a free trial and may limit terms or duration to prevent trial abuse. We reserve the right to charge for multiple products obtained per account.
2.5. Subscription Fees
We will charge your subscription fees after every equal period since the last payment through your payment method, unless you cancel your subscription.
2.6. Cancellation Notice
We have a one-month cancellation notice period. If you cancel, you will be charged for 1 more month.
Billing and Cancellation
3.1. Subscription Costs
The Essence subscription fees are charged periodically through the payment method linked at sign-up. Visit our website, log in to your account, and go to the billing and delivery section to view your next payment date or to view past invoices.
3.2. Billing and Delivery
The Essence subscription fees are charged before the products are delivered.
3.3. Payment Method
To participate, you must provide a valid payment method. On the "my details" page, you can view or change your payment methods. The provider of some payment methods may charge you certain fees, such as fees for international transactions or other processing fees. Local taxes may vary by payment method. For more information, please contact your payment method provider.
3.4. Cancellation
You can cancel your Essence subscription at any time online through your account created during sign-up. After canceling, you retain access to your Essence account, where you can reactivate your subscription. To cancel, go to your account and then to 'modify account'; here, select the month of your last charge. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address provided at sign-up.
3.5. Changes
We may change our subscription and the price of our service from time to time. However, price changes or changes to our subscription will apply only 14 days after notification.
3.6. Deleting Data
You can exercise the 'Right of Access' to get an overview of the personal data we have recorded about you. You can change your data and exercise the 'Right to Correction'. Most data can be adjusted online through your account.
Return Guarantee
4.1. Returning
If you want to return your item within the 14 days trial period you can do so by requesting a return label at customer service through the chat on the website or by sending an email to info@buy-essence.com. After returning the item and without damage we will refund you the amount of the purchase. T-Shirts and Socks as part of the subscription don’t have to be returned but you can request a refund at any time within the 14 day trial period.
Reactivation
5.1. Reactivation
When you cancel your subscription(s), your account remains. You can log in at any time to view your details and reactivate your account. Upon reactivation, you will be included in the next billing cycle.
5.2. Active Member
After reactivating your subscription, you are again an active member. There is no trial period, and you must adhere to the regular one-month cancellation notice.
5.3. Cancelling
We ensure that you must go through at least two steps to reactivate your account. If you decide against reactivating your account, please contact us via the contact page.
